The goal is the investigation of changes in the chicken gamma-delta TCR repertoire over time. Therefore, the receptor repertoire of chicken gamma-delta T cells was analyzed: RNA was extracted and further processed at two timepoints (day 0 and day 21) out of splenocytes, which were stimulated with IL-2 and IL-12 in cell culture.
