The Fruits 360 dataset includes 120 distinct types of fruits and vegetables. In total, this dataset contains 90,483 images: the training set has 67,692 images, each containing exactly one fruit or vegetable, and the test set comprises 22,688 images, each also featuring only one fruit or vegetable. All images in this dataset have a resolution of 100 × 100 pixels.
