资源简介:

The dataset contains virtual electrophysiologic data, including those relating to the use of a phantom, along with the simulated EEG measurments in presence and absence of the contrast medium. The corresponding forward problems mapping the source space into the EEG/measurement space is indicated in the metadata for each signal and refers to the Zenodo dataset 10.1016/j.jcp.2023.112374 . Datasets structure Each HDF5 contains metadata describing the type of signal it contains as well as several instances of such signals. Each signal is composed of the source (neural) activity and the corresponding simulated EEG measurement. The structure of the HDF5 files is a follows: dataset.h5├── params│ ├── centralDesyncFrequency│ ├── classEvents│ ├── leadFieldID│ ├── numTrials│ ├── restLengthMs│ ├── samplingFrequency│ └── trialLengthMs├── signal_1│ ├── eeg_signal│ └── source_signal├── signal_10│ ├── eeg_signal│ └── source_signal├── signal_100│ ├── eeg_signal│ └── source_signal├── signal_11│ ├── eeg_signal│ └── source_signal . . .└── signal_99 ├── eeg_signal └── source_signal Short description of the generated datasets' signals EEGsimulation_2classes_3kSources.h5 contains the simulated signals of two sources located in the motor cortex, one in the left hemisphere and the other in the right hemisphere. The signal is obtained as a desynchronization of activity in a band centered at 12 Hz, as described in Tangermann, Michael et al. “Review of the BCI Competition IV.” Frontiers in Neuroscience, vol. 6, 55, 13 Jul. 2012, doi:10.3389/fnins.2012.00055. The signal on the electrodes is obtained by leveraging the BEM for a configuration with 3003 sources and 28 electrodes. EEGsimulation_2classes_167Sources.h5 contains the simulated signals of two sources located in the motor cortex, one in the left hemisphere and the other in the right hemisphere. The signal on the electrodes is obtained by leveraging the BEM for a configuration with 3003 sources and 28 electrodes, and some surface noise is added to account for measurement inaccuracies.
