Fungi genome project in National Museum of Nature and Science, Japan. Clathrus columnatus

This is an internal project to promote the genome sequencing of fungi owned by the National Museum of Nature and Science. The goal of this project is to obtain the whole genome sequences of fungi, of which only partial regions such as ITS have been deciphered so far, and to use it for future phylogenetic and ecological analyses.
