This dataset is suitable for VRP problems involving multiple depots and time windows. The first row of the file specifies the number of customers and the number of stops; the subsequent columns represent the customer number, x-coordinate, y-coordinate, service duration, demand, start of the time window, and end of the time window, respectively.
