This study explored mechanism of response to combined PD-1, CTLA-4 checkpoint inhibitor treatment in a mouse model of urothelial carcinoma using single cell RNA sequencing. The experimental design included three conditions: untreated tumor, treated tumor, and tumor treated after Cd4+ T cell depletion. In total five biological replicates of single cell RNA sequencing were generated.
