Reproducibility package for: Reproducibility Stress-Testing Reveals Fragility of an Alzheimer Disease-ALS ncRNA Biomarker Signature

This archive contains derived manuscript-supporting data tables, figure source data, manuscript-matched figure files, lightweight reproduction scripts, and archived current/legacy pipeline materials for a reproducibility stress-test of an Alzheimer disease/amyotrophic lateral sclerosis ncRNA biomarker signature. The archive supports the manuscript's reconstruction and stress-testing of a nominal five-ncRNA AD/ALS overlap consisting of MEG9, ZMIZ1-AS1, SLC12A5-AS1, GUSBP1, and STRCP1. The included materials support analyses of dataset provenance, identifier harmonization, overlap sensitivity, direction-of-effect consistency, independent AD validation, and cross-disease transportability. Raw transcriptomic data are publicly available from GEO under accessions GSE203206, GSE48350, GSE124439, GSE153960, and GSE33000.
