Heart of the City Action Programme

#### Presentation Action cœur de ville fulfils a dual ambition: improve the living conditions of the inhabitants of medium-sized towns and strengthen the role of these towns as a driving force in the development of the territory. Developed in consultation with local elected representatives and economic stakeholders, the Heart of the City Action Plan aims to facilitate and support the work of local authorities, encourage housing and urban planning stakeholders to reinvest in city centres, promote the maintenance or establishment of activities in the heart of the city in order to improve living conditions in medium-sized cities. #### Data The dataset contains the list of selected municipalities for the Heart of the City Action programme. Create a new Excel workbook_ _2. Click on the **Data** tab located in the ribbon and then on **From text**_ _3. Choose the location of the csv file and click **Import**_ _4. In the window that opens, choose the **Delimited** option and in File origin, choose **65001: Unicode UTF8**. Click on **Next**_ _5. Select only the **Virgule** Separator. Click on **Next**_ _6. Choose the right column data format by referring to the dataset documentation.
