Wild ruminant sera (red deer, roe deer, mouflon) collected during the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 hunting seasons in western Germany were serologically tested for the presence of antibodies against Schmallenberg virus (SBV) and bluetongue virus (BTV). The dataset contains the values of the SBV and BTV antibody ELISAs.
