Longitudinal development of 2D neuronal cultures on HD-NEA vs HD-MEA (Activity Scan, Network Activity and AxonTracking Assays metrics)

This dataset contains electrophysiology data from three different cell platings, recorded and characterised with the MaxLabLive software. These are the three cell plating dates for each experimental series: March 14th, 2024 (MEX-1306) October 5th 2024 (MEX-1552) November 22nd, 2023 (MEX-1556) Across the three cell platings, 9 nano electrode array (NEA) chips were used and 12 microelectrode array chips. The following assays were recorded and analysised: "Activity Acan", "Network Recording", "Axon Tracking Assay".
