Multiplexed nanopore sequencing of HLA-B locus in Māori and Pacific Island samples

A set of 49 FASTQ files containg two-dimensional (2D) sequencing reads of HLA-B. These reads were generated by MinION™ nanopore sequencer (Oxford Nanopore Technologies), which covered a region of 943 bp spanning exon 2 and 3 of HLA-B. Sequencing data were used to identify HLA-B alleles of Māori and Pacific Island people including in this study.
