We propose ToO observations of a narrow-line Seyfert 1 openParNLS1closePar galaxy J164100.10+345452.7 that displays extraordinary characteristicsdoublePoint it is a young active galactic nucleus openParAGNclosePar with a relativistic jet and gamma-ray emission comma supposedly hosted by a spiral galaxy. We trigger the ToO with 37 GHz radio observations to catch the source in a high jet activity state and three weeks later follow it up in a low jet activity state comma aiming to examine the disk-jet connection. Furthermore comma as part of a large multifrequency effort comma we observe its radio and optical morphologies comma and its spectral energy distribution openParSEDclosePar. It is with sources such as this that we can investigate the launching of relativistic jets in AGN and get a glimpse into their growth and development from baby-AGN to full adulthood.
