Extracellular Vesicle DNA data from Parabacteroides goldsteinii, strain ASF519, has been generated using Oxford Nanopore Technology Minion Device.<br>EV_fast5_raw_ont.tar.gz includes all raw fast5 files from ONT long read sequencing from the three EV samples (P1, WT,P2)EV_fastq_basecalled.tar.gz includes fastq files generated post-basecalling step via guppy.EV_fastq_qced_filtered.tar.gz includes all fastq files post-filtering and QC steps using multiple tools for long-read DNA sequences.EV_fastq_simulated.tar.gz contains all simulated fastq files using the NanoEx-Gen software based on the EV_fastq_qced_filtered files and the ASF519 reference genome.EV_annotation.tar.gz includes reannotated ASF519 reference genome information and operon prediction-related annotation files.EV_de_novo_assembly_P1.tar.gz contains the de-novo assembled draft genome, intermediate consensus genome during polishing steps, and the final consensus genome in both initial and re-ordered format.<br>
