人力招聘是提高制造企业核心竞争力的重要手段之一,如何根据工业企业自身特点结合人才招聘概况,制定高效益的人才招聘方案具有重大的现实意义。采用数智化OA办公系统,针对各类招聘会应聘人员进行各项数据登记、统计和分析,评价各种招聘模式中人员性别、年龄段、学历、岗位、面试通过率、入职率等分布情况,可用于指导各部门岗位需求提出建设性的意见,根据各部门提出的岗位需求做好人力招聘计划,满足企业人才招聘的要求。1、数据登记:采用OA系统人员管理板块,登记各类招聘会应聘人员各项数据,包括:姓名、性别、年龄、联系方式、学历、毕业院校、专业、部门、应聘岗位、收到简历日期、简历、简历来源(招聘会)、招聘模式、招聘地点等数据。2、面试及入职:通过BPM自定义业务流程模块根据应聘岗位将应聘人员数据并发或串发给相应的各部门相关人员,进行面试的初步筛选。采用系统会签功能执行多对多协同流程,根据协同结果组织面试。将面试评价、结论等资料协同登记进入OA系统。向面试通过人员发出offer通知,并登记入职时间。3、数据统计:采用统计报表模块,自定义需要分析的数据自动进行分类统计,比如:招聘会名称、招聘模式、招聘会地点、招聘会时间、应聘人员总数、男性人数、女性人数、各年龄段人数、各学历段人数、各应聘岗位人数、面试通过人数、入职人数等,并生成统计报表。4、数据分析:计算面试通过率和入职率,计算公式为:面试通过率=面试通过人数/应聘人员总数×100%,入职率=入职人数/应聘人员总数×100%。使用报表分析模块,选择想要比对的数据,如招聘模式、招聘岗位某部门、入职率三项比对,分析该岗位较优的招聘模式,预测岗位可能的入职率。
Human resource recruitment is one of the important means to enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. Formulating high-benefit talent recruitment plans based on the characteristics of industrial enterprises and combined with the actual situation of talent recruitment is of great practical significance. By adopting an intelligent digital OA office system to conduct data registration, statistics and analysis of candidates from various job fairs, and evaluate the distribution of candidates' gender, age group, educational background, applied position, interview pass rate, entry rate and other indicators across different recruitment modes, this system can provide constructive guidance for departments to put forward job requirements, formulate human resource recruitment plans based on the job demands submitted by various departments, and meet the talent recruitment needs of enterprises.
1. Data Registration: Using the personnel management module of the OA system, register various data of candidates from various job fairs, including name, gender, age, contact information, educational background, graduated university, major, applied department, applied position, resume receiving date, resume, resume source (job fair), recruitment mode, recruitment location and other related data.
2. Interview and Employment: Distribute the candidate data in parallel or in series to the relevant personnel of corresponding departments according to the applied position through the custom business process module of BPM for preliminary interview screening. Implement a multi-to-multi collaborative process using the system's joint signature function, and organize interviews based on the collaborative results. Coordinate and register interview evaluation, conclusions and other materials into the OA system. Send offer notifications to candidates who passed the interview, and record their entry time.
3. Data Statistics: Use the statistical report module to customize the data to be analyzed for automatic classified statistics, such as job fair name, recruitment mode, job fair location, job fair time, total number of candidates, number of male candidates, number of female candidates, number of people in each age group, number of people in each educational background group, number of applicants for each position, number of candidates who passed the interview, number of new hires and other indicators, and generate corresponding statistical reports.
4. Data Analysis: Calculate the interview pass rate and entry rate, with the calculation formulas as follows:
Interview Pass Rate = (Number of Candidates Who Passed the Interview / Total Number of Candidates) × 100%
Entry Rate = (Number of New Hires / Total Number of Candidates) × 100%
Use the report analysis module to select data for comparison, such as recruitment mode, applied position of a specific department, and entry rate, analyze the optimal recruitment mode for this position, and predict the possible entry rate of the position.
