Prime headline rents for logistic space in selected European cities H1 2021

In the graph, prime logistic and distribution (L&D) locations have been categorized as spaces that are at the top open-market tier of rent over three thousand square meters. The logistic and distribution space rents included grade A quality spaces in the best locations in the market with up to 10 percent of the space dedicated as office and between 6 and 12-meter ceiling height.Due to its central location and capabilities of worldwide distribution, L&D space in the London area had the highest monthly price at 19.3 euros per square meter per month, as of the first half of 2021. At the other end of the table was Lodz with prime headline rents of 3.1 euros per square meter per month.
