资源简介:
This dataset contains de-identified clinical and imaging data from a
hospital-based cross-sectional observational study conducted at a tertiary
eye care centre in Kathmandu, Nepal, between June 2020 and June 2021. The
study included 203 participants (406 eyes) categorized into primary
open-angle glaucoma (POAG), glaucoma suspects, and control groups. Data
were collected from patients aged 18–80 years attending general
ophthalmology and glaucoma outpatient departments. The dataset includes
demographic variables (age, sex), clinical parameters (best-corrected
visual acuity, intraocular pressure, central corneal thickness), and
imaging-derived measurements of macular ganglion cell complex (GCC)
thickness obtained using spectral-domain optical coherence tomography. GCC
parameters included average, superior, and inferior thickness values for
both eyes. These data may be used to evaluate structural changes in
glaucoma, validate diagnostic performance of GCC parameters, or support
further research in ophthalmic imaging and glaucoma detection. All data
have been de-identified to protect patient confidentiality.
