Dynamic representations of valence in anterior cingulate cortex in mice
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains raw and processed data supporting the manuscript: "Dynamic representations of valence in anterior cingulate cortex in mice" The dataset includes longitudinal calcium imaging recordings from anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) neurons in mice during auditory fear conditioning and recall. DATA CONTENTS traces/ΔF/F calcium activity traces extracted from miniscope recordings. Each file contains time-series activity for all identified neurons within a session. Rows represent timepoints and columns represent individual cells. cell-props/Spatial coordinates and metadata for each neuron, including cell identity and location within the imaging field. behavior/Behavioral annotations aligned to imaging data. These include immobility (referred to as “freezing” in the manuscript) and associated timestamps extracted from behavioral recordings. events/Event logs specifying the timing of conditioned stimulus (CS) and unconditioned stimulus (US) delivery across sessions. DATA ORGANIZATION Files are labeled using animal identifiers and timestamps corresponding to each recording session. Data across traces, behavior, and event logs are temporally aligned and can be directly integrated for analysis. NOTES - “Freezing” is used as a proxy for immobility, as defined in the Methods section of the manuscript.- Neurons are identified and tracked using longitudinal registration across sessions.- All analyses were performed at the level of neurons nested within animals, with appropriate statistical controls described in the manuscript. This dataset enables full reproduction of the analyses presented in the study.
