Significantly changed Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathways at pre-molt (D4–P1) and post-molt stages revealed by RNA-sequencing.

The top 10 up-regulating pathways and top 10 down-regulating pathways were identified by subtracting the fragments per kilobase of exon per million fragments mapped (FPKM) of D4 from P1 (P1 − D4) and P1 from P2 (P2 − P1).
