数据用途和场景:为保证青菜安全性,需要对青菜农药残留吡虫啉含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)中规定,青菜中吡虫啉最高限量值为0.5mg/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域青菜含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2.对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=C*V*f*k/(m*1000),式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样待测液中吡虫啉含量,单位为毫克每升(ug/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g);f值为稀释倍数;K值为1。可得检查项目吡虫啉的含量数据。3.将以上检测数据对比国标GB 23200.121-2021 《食品安全国家标准 植物源性食品中331种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定 液相色谱—质谱联用法》 标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。

Data Purpose and Application Scenario: To ensure the safety of leafy greens, the content of the pesticide imidacloprid residue in leafy greens must be controlled. According to the National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Foods (GB 2763—2021), the maximum residue limit of imidacloprid in leafy greens is 0.5 mg/kg. This dataset is primarily used to monitor the imidacloprid content index of leafy greens in the circulation market of Zhuji City, providing regulatory basis for supervision departments. 1. Data Collection: The data are collected from sampled products in the markets of Zhuji City. 2. The detection values of the sampled products in Zhuji City's markets are calculated using the following formula: X = C * V * f * k / (m * 1000) Where: X: Content of the analyte in the test sample, unit: milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg); C: Concentration of imidacloprid in the sample test solution, unit: micrograms per liter (μg/L); V: Constant volume of the sample test solution, unit: milliliters (mL); m: Mass of the test sample, unit: grams (g); f: Dilution factor; k: Fixed value of 1. The content data of the detection item imidacloprid can thus be obtained. 3. The above detection data are compared against the data requirements specified in the national standard GB 23200.121-2021 National Food Safety Standard Determination of 331 Pesticides and Their Metabolite Residues in Plant-derived Foods by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry. Samples with values within the specified limit are qualified, while those exceeding the limit are unqualified.
