This series is a meeting resolution index for the Riverina College of Advanced Education (RCAE) College Board. The information is presented on cards, which are each approximately 20 cm by 12.5 cm in size. The details are both typed and handwritten.The particular item or topic that each card refers to is typed in bold at the top of the card. Most topics have more than one resolution listed on each card. Some of the items covered include; Academic administrative structure, Academic regulations, admissions, assessment matters, awards, Committees, Council, courses, enrolments, examinations, exclusions, external studies, financial matters, graduations, plagiarism, policies, subjects, timetables.Each card is divided into four columns: 1. Resolution number – given in the form of year/resolution number. For example: 77/6, 77/28, 73/89, 79/42. 2. Meeting number – gives the number of the meeting at which the particular resolution was passed. For example: 1/78 refers to the first meeting of 1978, 6/73 refers to the sixth meeting of 1973. 3. Date – the date on which the meeting was held. 4. Detail – gives a short explanation of what each resolution is about, usually in only one to two lines.
