The application of manure increases the transfer risk of antibiotics and antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) to farmland. Especially, the impact of different manure sources on antibiotic resistance remains unclear for arsenic (As) contaminated paddy soils. This work investigated the fate of ARGs in As-antibiotic co-contaminated paddy soils under the application of dissolved organic matter (DOM) extracted from pig manure, cow manure, and chicken manure.
