资源简介：
A summary catalog listing 1712 white dwarf suspects and 504 very red
stars all with proper motions less than 0.20arcsec/year is presented.
The proper motion is given in seconds of arc per year for motion
greater than 0.06arcsec/year. Motion 0.06 sec/year or less is
designated slight; and the position angle is rounded to the nearest 5
degrees. Motion 0.03 sec/year or less is also indicated.
