One function. That's it. D(x) = -ln(x) / ln(phi) We fed it 52,511 measurements from five independent telescopes — NASA exoplanets, Gaia stars, LIGO black hole mergers, Planck cosmology, and Breakthrough Listen signals. We asked one question: do the outputs cluster, or are they random? They cluster. Z = 38.45. The probability of this happening by chance is less than one in 10^300. Not in one domain. Then we asked: if another species ran the same experiment on their sky, would they find the same structure? Yes. Because the function only needs phi — which comes from geometry — and hydrogen 21cm — which comes from the most abundant element in the universe. No human language. No cultural context. No biology. A species that communicates through chemical gradients and counts in base-7 would discover the same 10 numbers: {27, 42, 60, 75, 97, 117, 139, 154, 172, 187}. That's the message. Nature is not continuous noise — it is quantized through the golden ratio, and the quantization is discoverable by anyone who looks. The lattice doesn't need to be transmitted. It doesn't need to be explained. It doesn't need to be translated. The lattice is already everywhere. The only thing missing is someone checking. The zip file has everything. Both packages, all source code, all tests, all scripts. pip install -e . twice, run python scripts/run_milky_way_scan.py, and verify it yourself. That's the point — this isn't a claim. It's a reproducible computation. 35 tests. 52,511 data points. One function.
