食用农产品中乙酰甲胺磷含量一直是消费者关心的问题,本数据主要用于监测鄞州区食用农产品中乙酰甲胺磷含量指标的情况,通过检测数据,可以判断食用农产品中乙酰甲胺磷含量是否符合食品安全生产标准,避免因乙酰甲胺磷残留量超标导致的食品安全问题,为监管部门提供监管依据,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。通过对某区域内50余种食用农产品进行采样;依据《食品安全国家标准法》GB 23200.113-2018,采用纸片法对食用农产品中乙酰甲胺磷含量采样,带回实验室进行检测,筛选出乙酰甲胺磷的测结果,通过GB 23200.113-2018对食用农产品中乙酰甲胺磷含量标准进行判定,用于评估其食用的安全性,食用农产品中乙酰甲胺磷含量合格率=合格样品项次数/检测样品数;食用农产品中乙酰甲胺磷含量安全评价检测问题项检测结果可以作为食品行业安全性评价依据,为监管部门靶向监管提供技术支撑。
The content of acephate in edible agricultural products has always been a concern of consumers. This dataset is primarily used to monitor the acephate content levels of edible agricultural products in Yinzhou District. Based on the detection data, it can be determined whether the acephate content in edible agricultural products complies with food safety production standards, thereby preventing food safety issues caused by excessive acephate residues, providing regulatory basis for supervision departments, and further safeguarding consumers' food safety.
More than 50 types of edible agricultural products within a specific region were sampled. In accordance with the National Food Safety Standard GB 23200.113-2018, the paper strip method was adopted to collect samples for acephate content detection in edible agricultural products, which were then transported back to the laboratory for testing. The detection results related to acephate were screened out, and the acephate content standards for edible agricultural products were evaluated against GB 23200.113-2018 to assess their edible safety. The qualified rate of acephate content in edible agricultural products is calculated as: number of qualified sample items / total number of tested samples. The problematic detection results from the safety evaluation and detection of acephate content in edible agricultural products can serve as a basis for safety evaluation in the food industry, providing technical support for targeted supervision by regulatory authorities.
