The land use types are categorized into secondary-level classifications as follows: paddy field, dry land (rain-fed farmland), closed forest land, shrubbery land, sparse forest land, other forest land, high-coverage grassland, medium-coverage grassland, low-coverage grassland, rivers and canals, lakes, reservoirs and ponds, glaciers and permanent snow cover, tidal flat, inland beach land, urban land, rural residential land, other construction land, sandy land, gobi desert, saline-alkali land, marshland, bare soil land, bare rock and gravel land, and others. Among them, cultivated land is classified based on landform into paddy fields and dry lands on mountains, hills, plains, and slopes with a gradient greater than 25 degrees. The scale of this dataset is 1:100,000.
