The fft_binary_p consists of parallel magnetic spectra occurrences (1 where signal power exceeds the 70% significance power) The fft_binary_perp consists of perpendicular magnetic spectra occurrences (1 where signal power exceeds the 70% significance power) frequencies are linearly spaced from 0 to 0.5 in 128 divisions
