The dataset was collected for a PhD project aimed at analysing the networks and relationships among actors in an urban road expansion project in a Norwegian Municipality. The data was gathered through a combination of document reviews and semi-structured interviews. It consist of 33 actors, 55 links in meeting networks and 189 links in information sharing relationships.
