公共交通乘客画像是一款反应用户行为特征和消费特征的数据产品,涵盖了用户标签以及用户群体画像。
1.用户标签
用户标签包含三大类,涵盖了事实标签、模型标签与预测标签,刻画乘客的特征与行为模式,是乘客画像的基础单元。
(1)事实标签关注用户的属性特征,如用户性别、年龄、名下车辆数,使用手机型号、品牌等;
(2)模型标签是基于数据加工处理后得到的标签,如充值偏好、出行行为偏好、出行时段偏好、公共交通常乘客识别、高频出行区域等;
(3)预测标签是基于用户的属性、行为特征,推断用户未来可能发生的行为或状态,如乘客潜在公交下车站点、潜在消费金额范围、潜在节假日出行需求等。
2.群体画像
群体画像用于刻画不同用户群体的行为模式和特征。其内容包括公共交通线路级、站点级、区域级等不同维度的的人口属性指标,如性别分布、年龄段分布、常乘客占比、有车乘车占比等;以及乘客行为特征指标,如常乘客识别、通勤用户识别、高频乘坐线路、高频出行区域、高频出行时段和高频换乘识别等。
Public Transit Passenger Profile is a data product that reflects the behavioral and consumption characteristics of users, covering user tags and user group profiles.
1. User Tags
User tags include three major categories: factual tags, model tags and predictive tags, which depict the characteristics and behavioral patterns of passengers and serve as the basic building blocks of passenger profiles.
(1) Factual tags focus on users' attribute characteristics, such as gender, age, number of vehicles owned, mobile phone model and brand used, etc.
(2) Model tags are labels obtained through data processing and manipulation, such as recharge preferences, travel behavior preferences, travel time slot preferences, frequent public transit passenger identification, high-frequency travel areas, etc.
(3) Predictive tags are used to infer users' possible future behaviors or states based on their attributes and behavioral characteristics, such as potential bus alighting stops of passengers, potential consumption amount ranges, potential holiday travel demands, etc.
2. Group Profiles
Group profiles are used to depict the behavioral patterns and characteristics of different user groups. Their content includes demographic attribute indicators at different dimensions such as public transit line-level, station-level and regional-level, such as gender distribution, age group distribution, proportion of frequent passengers, proportion of car-owning passengers, etc.; as well as passenger behavioral characteristic indicators, such as frequent passenger identification, commuter user identification, high-frequency travel lines, high-frequency travel areas, high-frequency travel time slots and high-frequency transfer identification, etc.
