we investigated the effects of two agriculturally important AMPs (nisin and cecropin) and one herbs (P. chinense) on the intestinal microbiome of common carp by 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing. The results suggest that all of three substances could alter the richness, diversity, and compositions of intestinal microbiota community of common carp. P. chinense has a similar effect on the gut microbiota community of common carp with that of nisin, and both of them showed more striking changes in gut microbiota community than the cecropin.
