This repository includes the model input and output for the paper titled "The importance of wildland fire-aerosolized microbes to global bioaerosol distributions". base_case.zip includes the namelist, emission input files, and model output for the base case (2013-2015) in the corresponding subdirectories. high_fire_case.zip includes the namelist, emission input files, and model output for the high-fire case (2023) in the corresponding subdirectories.
