Data for GoShifter

Linkage disequilibrium (LD) data files for GoShifter, as presented in the article by Trynka et al. 2015.We provide 22 tab-delimited files, one for each autosome, along with corresponding tabix index files that allow rapid retrieval of subsets of rows.In each tab-delimited file, each row shows the linkage disequilibrium between a pair of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) represented by the correlation coefficient (r-squared) and D' (d-prime). The files are filtered, so that only pairs of SNPs with r-squared &gt;= 0.8 are shown.The correlations are based on genotypes from the 1000 Genomes Project.
