Data charge and spin transport in a ballistic quantum dot

This dataset contains simulation data for charge and spin transport in a ballistic quantum dot based on LAO/STO interfaces. The data were generated to reproduce both weak localization and weak antilocalization regimes. The archive includes charge-transport and spin-transport results, including spin-current data. The names of the subfolders identify the fixed parameter sets used to obtain the reported results.
