We propose a rigorous framework connecting thermal energy to characteristic quantum frequency, providing a pathway toward a quantum-based definition of temperature. By equating E(thermal)=( kB × T) with quantum energy (E = ħ × ω = h × f), we derive exact scaling relationships. This approach integrates Planck’s quantization, Wien’s displacement law, and Einstein’s photon concept, suggesting a method for defining temperature via directly measurable frequencies, suitable for consideration in SI standardization.
