Our study comprehensive profile of RNA process in B cells deficiency of Prmt5 with DRS, observe significantly DEIs, DEGs, splicing, poly (A) and m6a modification changes, and reveal the relationships among them, and also we uncover a protective effect on tumors. We demonstrate that Prmt5 may regulate B cell transcripts expression with different mechanisms, and further validate the importance of targeting Prmt5 in tumor treatment.
