Saos2 cell line immunostained with Tom20 (mitochondrial outer membrane protein, green) and DLP1 (dynamin like protein, red) antibody. Cell population synchronized at G1-S transition of the cell cycle. This Saos2 cell line was serum starved (0.1%) for 3 days and released in FCCP (10 mM) ) for 16 hours. The image is a single 3 micron confocal section collected on a Zeiss LSM 510 with the following parameters: Green: Ex: 488 nm laser, Em: Band Pass 500-550nm, Red: 543 nm laser, Em: Long pass 560 nm.
