R studio script files that includes original SNP data files used to determine the spatial genetic structure of Buccinum undatum in the western North Atlantic. Attached R-code is used to generate population genetic analyses, including a pairwise FST heatmap, principal component analyses, and admixture analyses. Other attached R-code is used to generate population assignment tests.
