We report the application of snRNA-seq in the mouse cortex with C9FTD/ALS neurodegeneration Overall design: Mouse cortex tissues were dissociated into single nucleus and subjected to snRNA-seq in WT and C9-BAC (BAC) mice without and with C9orf72 heterozygous (C9-BAC;C9orf72+/-) or homozygous deletion (C9-BAC;C9orf72-/-).
