资源简介:
This dataset contains optical dispersion data, specifically ε1 and ε2 (real and imaginary parts of the dielectric function) or n and k (refractive index and extinction coefficient) in the spectral range of 210 to 1690 nm (0.7 to 5.9 eV; 1067 wavelengths in total), for three widely used materials in optoelectronic and display technologies:
Indium Tin Oxide (ITO)
Soda Lime Float Glass
SiO₂ Buffer Layer
These materials play essential roles in thin-film optics, transparent conductive coatings, and optical substrates.
Material Descriptions:
Indium Tin Oxide (ITO): A transparent conducting oxide widely used in OLEDs, photovoltaic cells, and touchscreens. It combines high optical transparency with good electrical conductivity.
Soda Lime Float Glass: A commonly used glass substrate in display and solar cell applications.
SiO₂ Buffer Layer: A thin dielectric layer used for surface passivation, anti-reflection coatings, and buffer layers in semiconductor and optical applications.
These optical dispersion data are essential for simulating light propagation, optimizing multilayer optical coatings, and improving the performance of transparent electronic devices.
