该数据集是在国家科技基础平台“地球系统科学数据共享网”项目的支持下,以中国气象科学研究院主编,全国32家单位协作完成的《中国近五百年旱涝分布图集》为数据源,经扫描人工数字化得到的100年的矢量图。数据集包括:(1)1571-1670年中国旱涝灾害分布图,每年一幅,共100幅。将有数据的区域划分为“旱”区,“涝”区,“正常”3级;(2)1571-1670年中国旱涝灾害分布点数据,每年一期,共100期,覆盖全国范围,含122个站点,其中西部地区早期资料有缺失,东部地区较为完整。并将有资料的站点分为1,2,3,4,5(即涝、偏涝、正常、偏旱、旱)5个等级。该数据为研究中国的旱涝情况、气候变化,分析、利用气候资源提供数据支持,也为政府部分提供决策参考。
This dataset is supported by the National Science and Technology Basic Platform "Earth System Science Data Sharing Network" project. It takes the "Atlas of Drought and Flood Distribution in China over the Past 500 Years" (compiled by the Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences and collaborated by 32 domestic institutions) as the primary data source, and generates 100 annual vector maps via scanning and manual digitization. The dataset includes two parts: (1) Drought and flood disaster distribution maps of China from 1571 to 1670: 1 map per year, totaling 100 maps. Regions with available data are categorized into three grades: "drought", "flood", and "normal". (2) Point-based drought and flood disaster distribution data of China from 1571 to 1670: 1 dataset per year, totaling 100 datasets, covering the entire country and including 122 meteorological stations. Early records in the western region are partially missing, while the eastern region has relatively complete data. Stations with available observations are classified into five grades: 1 (severe flood), 2 (moderate flood), 3 (normal), 4 (moderate drought), and 5 (severe drought). This dataset provides valuable data support for research on China's drought and flood patterns, climate change, climate resource analysis and utilization, and also offers decision-making references for relevant government departments.
