De-identified dataset and supporting materials for the study “Epstein–Barr virus and cytomegalovirus reactivation after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation: predictive role of B-cell recovery.” The dataset includes longitudinal immune reconstitution variables, viral reactivation outcomes, and clinical characteristics of post-HSCT patients used for statistical analyses.
