These files accompany the manuscript “<b><i>Quantifying Lithogenic Inputs to the Ocean From the GEOTRACES Thorium Transects in a Data-Assimilation Model</i></b>”, by H. Xu and T. Weber. The data file (Xu_2025_model_output.nc) contains model output. The MATLAB script (plot_Th232_budget.m) plots results. Both are fully described in the README file.
