Disturbance on DNA methylation and gene expression levels of mouse plasma leukocytes by low-dose ionizing radiation

Low-dose ionizing radiation has an adverse effect on the immune response, but the molecular mechanism of this effect is not clear. Here, we identified the DNA methylation and gene expression levels of mouse plasma leukocytes under normal state and low-dose ionizing radiation, and found that low-dose ionizing radiation had significant disturbance on DNA methylation and gene expression levels.
