Single-cell RNA sequencing profiling of human Randall's Plaques

This dataset provides a single-cell transcriptomic atlas of human renal papillae with Randall's Plaques (RP). Tissues were enzymatically dissociated into single-cell suspensions and sequenced using the Singleron GEXSCOPE platform. The study aims to characterize the cellular heterogeneity of the renal interstitium and identify specific cell subpopulations, such as IL6-expressing fibroblasts and GPNMB-expressing macrophages, that drive the progression of kidney stone disease.
