The file experimental_coordinates.txt contains a table with the experimentally obtained grain coordinates for every projection in the frame of reference of the lab while the file calculated_coordinates.txt contain the calculated grain coordinates from the solution of the minimization problem. The file BaSO4_coordinates.txt contains the coordinates of the BaSO4 grains in the frame of reference of the cell. Note that the underlying images are cropped and binned before the coordinates are extracted or calculated. Origin of the data: A single dataset of a fixed and stained cells that is acquired with a beam energy of 13.8keV is processed as described in the materials and methods part to obtain the coordinates of the BaSO4 grains and a description of the movement of the cell in the optical stretcher. How to use: Read and plot the data with your preferred tool.
