R Project Folder - MG Historical Strongylids

R Project folder containing all code, R scripts and data used for the associated manuscript entitled "Untangling parasite epidemiology of mountain gorillas through historical samples: strongylid nematodes are friends or foe?". These files allow replication of all analyses, which explored the infection intensity and community composition of strongylid nematodes of wild mountain gorillas (Gorilla beringei beringei) between two decades.
