SRAM Startup Patterns of Embedded Devices

This dataset contains startup samples of un-initialized SRAMs embedded on different microcontrollers. <br> <strong>Format</strong> Per-device there is a .tar.gz file containing ~1000 samples of SRAM startup patterns, in .txt files showing the hexadecimal values of the bytes. <br> <strong>Devices</strong> There is an aditional .csv file with two columns: device, usage. Usage represents the approximated usage time of the device in months. - m3-xxx devices are IoT-LAB M3 boards, featuring an ST STM32F103REY microcontroller. - fmc20-xxx devices are boards featuring a Microchip ATXMega128A1 microcontroller.
