The dataset provides information about several leaf and stem functional traits, and leaf-level isoprene and monoterpene emission capacity data obtained for 91 trees from 31 species of angiosperms distributed across different vegetation types covered by the PELD-Mauá experimental plots at the ATTO site: dense non-flooded upland forest vegetation (terra firme), vegetation on white sands (campina), and ancient non-flooded river terraces (terraço fluvial). Field sampling occurred between October 2018 and July 2019.
