Gene expression profiles of Jam2+ and Jam2- hematopoietic stem cells. Gene expression profiles of Jam2+ and Jam2- hematopoietic stem cells

Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs: CD150+ CD48- c-kit+ Sca-I+ Lineage- cells) with or without cell surface expression of Jam2 were freshly sorted from C57BL/6 SJL mice. Total RNA was isolated from both, Jam2+ and Jam2- HSCs, using RNeasy Micro Kit (Qiagen) in accordance with the manufacturer's protocol. After the quality/quantity determination, RNA was subjected to expression analyses using Affymetrix GeneChip® Array / Mouse Gene 2.0 ST type. Overall design: The cells were isolated from 5 male wildtype C57BL/6 SJL mice.
