The semiconductor industry faces significant challenges in resource planning due to complex data management, fragmented automation systems, and project integration. These limitations lead to time-consuming manual data manipulation and reporting, hindering informed decision-making. This report proposes a real-time data visualization system to address this gap, specifically targeting the needs of the Thai semiconductor industry unlike existing research focused on generic dashboards. By centralizing data and improving connectivity between systems, the solution ensures real-time updates and facilitates clear project timelines through a user-friendly interface. The anticipated benefits are significant: a potential 90.56% reduction in weekly reporting time through automation adds expected results (from 13.25 hours to 1.25 hours) and empowers decision-making via real-time data visualization. This translates to increased cost-effectiveness through improved efficiency and streamlined processes. A pilot project will analyze the impact on lead time reduction, manufacturing operations, quality, and cost-effectiveness. While initial investments may be required for training and software, the projected return on investment (ROI) exceeding initial costs within a year makes this a compelling solution. This independent study has the potential to revolutionize resource planning practices and grant the Thai semiconductor industry a competitive edge in the global market.
