The transcriptome of Gigantopelta sp. contains reads from five samples. The five samples were respectively ground and extracted RNA. The mRNA was enriched by Oligo(dT) magnetic bead method, and the mRNA was randomly segmented by divalent cation in NEB fragment buffer. According to NEB method to construct library, the library was constructed and the quality of the library was tested. Illumina sequencing (synthetic sequencing) was carried out after the library was qualified.
